This page contains information regarding the processing of personal data carried out within the scope of the PSP Cast service and the use of cookies on the website.

2. Personal Data Processed
PSP Cast processes the personal data entered by the data subject in the registration form, as well as technical data strictly necessary for the operation of the website, including information associated with cookie consent management and technical access logs when necessary for security and compliance purposes.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
- Receiving, organising and analysing extras applications, based on pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request and the legitimate interest of the organisation in managing applications.
- Contacting eligible candidates to respond to operational needs arising from official requests, based on the legitimate interest of the organisation and the performance of acts necessary for managing the application.
- Compliance with legal obligations, responding to official requests and cooperating with public authorities, where applicable, based on compliance with a legal obligation.
- Management of non-essential cookies only with user consent, when such cookies are actually in use.
4. Recipients and Data Transfers
Personal data may be processed by technology service providers essential to the operation of the website and the integrated form, namely hosting services, web infrastructure and Google Forms, in accordance with the technical configuration actually used.
Data may be communicated to security forces, including DIC, PSP or other State bodies, as well as courts and the Public Prosecution Service, upon official request from those entities.
5. International Transfers
The use of third-party technology services may involve processing of data outside the European Economic Area, depending on the infrastructure used by those providers. Whenever this occurs, PSP Cast shall ensure that appropriate safeguards provided for in applicable legislation are applied.
6. Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the period necessary for recruitment, selection, institutional contact, compliance with legal obligations and defence of rights in administrative or judicial proceedings. Where no specific retention obligation exists, data should be reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised when no longer necessary for the purposes that justified its collection.
7. Data Subject Rights
The data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing in legally provided cases, and withdrawal of consent where that is the applicable legal basis.
These rights may be exercised via dpo@pspcast.pt. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, namely the CNPD, if they consider that the processing of their data violates applicable legislation.
8. Data Provision
Providing the data requested in the form is necessary for the analysis of the application. Omitting essential information may prevent the processing of the registration request or subsequent contact for selection purposes.
9. Automated Decisions
No exclusively automated decisions with legal effects or significantly equivalent effects are taken in respect of data subjects, unless expressly indicated otherwise in a specific operational context.
10. Security
PSP Cast adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, taking into account the nature of the data processed, the risks involved and the technological means available.
